Iki

Iki stands for effortlessly easy and elegantly chic, an aesthetic that never tries too hard. Iki's design inspiration traces its history to the Japanese Edo period, when people used red, the forbidden colour, as fabric lining to circumvent restrictions imposed by the Tokugawa shogun. Each Iki frame bears this trademark of hidden colours when rotated, made possible through the integration of subdued hues on the outer layer and vibrant patterns on the inner part.
